Warranty
LIABILITY STATEMENT:
This product and all irTactical products manufactured by Predator Games are surrendered to the purchaser with the understanding that the purchaser or end user assumes all liability from unsafe handling of the product or any action that constitutes a violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Neither Predator Games, irTactical, nor the distributor from which the purchaser obtained the product from, shall be liable for personal injury, loss of life or property from the use of this product under any circumstance. All information regarding product manuals, this website, and other documentation is subject to change without notice. Predator Games and irTactical reserve the right to make changes or improvements to all owned products and manuals without any obligation to incorporate such changes or improvements in products and manuals previously distributed.
WARRANTY:
Predator Games and irTactical warrants that this product is found free from defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of one year from the time of purchase by the original purchaser or initial owner. This warranty does not apply to defects discovered after purchase which were caused by the unauthorized modifications, alterations, or misuse of the product. Predator Games and irTactical will repair or replace, without charge, any of it’s products that have failed through defect in materials or worksmanship.
EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FURNISHED BY PREDATOR GAMES OR IRTACTICAL. PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYONG THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, NOR DOES PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FURNISHED BY PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITING, THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PRODUCTION, PRODUCT, OR EQUIPMENT, OR PROFIT, OR LIABILITY FOR PERSONS AND PROPERTY. PURCHASER AGREES THAT PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FURNISHED BY PREDATOR GAMES AND IRTACTICAL SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
